This is a typical budget hotel with few amenities, but at a good location. 5-10 minute walk from Metro station and a large shopping mall. Mattress was comfortable, room clean with a small desk, and internet (slow and unreliable), individual room heat and a/c units, but no drawers or closet for clothes, no safe. Breakfast buffet had a fair selection of Asian dishes of mediocre quality (no Western options but toast). No English at the reception.

It is not too bad for a budget hotel, but definitely budget. Positive: clean, safe in room, desk, easy chair, small but adequate bathroom, comfortable bathroom Negative: Only one elevator for a 13 floor hotel (long waits). Staff doesn't speak English. No closet or drawer space for clothes. No hot water in bathroom sink. only Asian breakfast, breakfast room terribly small and overcrowded.

Not that this comes up as a surprise, but whenever you try to order breakfast or any meal they won't be able to speak any English at all. Even worse, they will hang up on you, so if you don't speak Chinese you'll have to go out to eat something (not a bad thing either)

We were stranded at airport when our flight was cancelled and this hotel was running a shuttle service to hotel "near airport". When we arrived at hotel 30 mins driving time with a full bus load of people and after a hair raising drive even for Shanghai, we were told only two rooms available and get back on bus. We will take you to another hotel down the road. This was nearly midnight by this stage. We declined and organised a taxi and hotel in city. What a fraud.
