Stayed here with colleagues on a business trip--we booked the family room thinking it would net us a bit more space, but in reality this just means one king sized bed and one twin sized one....nevertheless, the room was very spacious, had all the amenities, and recently updated. We were able to book and get breakfast included, which was actually...

Cause of a long layover we wanted to explore and stay the night. We booked an inside room with no window and that would have been ok if they had airconditioner. It was so hot during the night we had to prop our door open to get cool air into our room. Besides that the room was beautiful and the...

Location is kind of far from the Bund and Nanjing road so don't be fooled but its name, even if its in the area, it is kind of far from tourist area. Hotel is outdated, needs maintenance and its noisy. It is clean and spacious but don't expect any luxury, just ok stay. its about and hour from Pudong Airport...

The location of this hotel was really convenient (10 min walk to Bund and 5 to East Nanjing Road). We stayed in a double room with a great city view. It was a very comfortable stay and incredibly spacious. We were also given many amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful (and can speak decent English).

Totally impressed with the hotel. Stayed for three nights at a very reasonable rate. Great location, close to almost everything. Walk to the Riverside about five minutes (depends how fast/slow you walk). Walking distance to Nanjing Road, the best place for shopping, eating and entertainment. Our room on the 12th floor faced the river, hence, we had a great view...

Stayed for a few nights here, it's close to just about everything you would want to see or do, great little market near by. The rooms were ok, nothing flash, but clean and big enough. Food for breakfast was ok, busy, but still managed to fill up for the day ahead.

I stayed two nights on the 17th floor overlooking Pudong. It was a spectacular view. The room was large, well appointed and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. Breakfast was a little manic as there was a tour group in jousting for food and a seat. I would stay here again.

Do yourself a favor and find another hotel, the pictures are deceiving. Located in an awful corner, the hotel looks nothing like the picture with dumpsters next to where your bellboy would have been. I was Ok with that as it is in a good location. There stops the good things. Really small rooms, not clean (smells bad) The ""window""...

I will agree with all the usual boring facts. The close proximity to Nanjing East Road and to the Bund make this place an easy sell. It's relatively easy to find, which is a very welcome relief at times. The room was pleasant, clean and fresh, and the bed relatively comfortable. All the kind of things you've heard before, but...
