We had been in Shanghai for several days and had a flight out of Pudong Airport at 1:20 am. Since we had to check out of our downtown hotel, we decided to book a cheap room here for that evening, so we could rest before...More
I was stuck in the Pudong Airport, having failed to get on standby. It was ten p.m. and I needed a place for the night. Hawkers were approaching me with overpriced rooms well beyond my budget.I got on line and found some more reasonably priced...More
Near to airport and ideal for transit/ and for late arrival, with free airport pick-up around 15 min .
We are arrived at midnight at 1am, a short walked to terminal 1 looked for hotel counter and wait for free pick up to hotel.
I wasn't impressed with the hotel, staff, state of the room or security. I had 'business cards' of certain 'ladies' pushed under my bedroom door. There were precious few facilities in the area I would have considered using.
My advice, try another airport hotel. there...More
The only thing this place has going for it is it's comfortable beds, which made up for a lot of the bad stuff.

The nearest subway station is not too far but not a walking distance (10 to 15 minute-ride), it is Line 2 Lingkong Road Subway Station. When you come out of the station, it looks like you are in the middle of nowhere which it is kind of true, but do no panic. You will see lot's of people offering taxi rides, do not take them, they overcharge foreigners. If you know how to order a DiDi ride, it is very easy. Otherwise, just go outside by the side of the road and wait for a few minutes, eventhough it looks that no one will pass by, you will eventually see an empty taxi on the road.
