STAY AWAY!!!! Our connection flight was cancelled at Pudong, and the hotel counter a t the airport scammed us into staying at this hotel. He showed us brochures that looked nothing like the current state of the place, and had the shuttle take us to this hotel. Beware that pictures provided by Expedia do not reflect the state of this...

had to stay one night to wait for my connecting flight. room was adequate, but pretty cold. supposed to have free shuttle, but when I called, the front desk told me to take taxi. I had someone from airline help me and call them and eventually the shuttle just showed up. This happened after about an hour or so of...

To begin with, although the place is titled Eastern Stars Garden Scenery Hotel online, in reality it doesn't have that name. Our flight was 2 hours late and we had an early morning flight so instead of trying to find the complimentary shuttle we opted for a taxi. What a mistake....

First of all, a taxi driver had a hard time finding this place from the Pudong airport - it cost us 97RMB!!! The taxi driver was lost and couldn't find the place as there are two roads with the same name in relatively the same area. The room wasn't bad but it wasn't very clean - we moved the bed...

While the price was low, this hotel nickel and dimes you for the use of soaps, shampoos etc. that are complimentary in other hotels. After my second night (of three total) I was rudely told that I "must pay now" for items used by me in the room. They didn't want to wait until checkout. I stayed on the third...
