I booked this hotel because of the complimentary shuttle bus from the airport. When I arrived there was no bus. So I got in a taxi, on arrival at hotel they just shrugged and said no we don't do shuttle bus from the airport only in morning to airport. My wi fi disappeared at midnight again in the morning they...

This was my first visit in this property. The first look is that the hotel is trendy, nicely designed and looks very modern. My room was comfortable, though the bed is hard. There are not enough plugs around the desk or bed stand. The air condition is noisy. In general room amenities, space and facilities are in good order. The...

I stayed here for 1 night and then 2 nights at the end of my business trip. A good airport hotel, only 15mins by shuttle bus Rooms very good along with a very nice bathroom/shower facility. Wifi good with no problems. Food was surprisingly good with a good range of choice. There was entertainment on in the Bar/restaurant area most...

Despite The Qube being more Asian focused, I had a great stay. Food, amenities and services were good enough at a right fee. It would be good to take a better care of poll water quality. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. I had a pretty good stay and would return again.

Rosie the General Manager was a great help as she had some English. Went above and beyond. Breakfast buffet had great selection and they are very generous with the bottled water. All staff tried to help given our language barrier. :). Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms.

I've stayed at this hotel on every one of my five trips to China because it is very nice and fairly close to Pudong Airport. It was once almost a five-star Howard Johnson's (hard to believe) on my first trip in 2010. Since then it changed hands and depending on the room given, is starting to show it's age. I...

In Shanghai this is a fantastic hotel especially their hospitality. Their manager Maggie is soul of their everyday business. She is very helpful especially to foreign tourists like me. Apart from this buffet is good with complimentary continental breakfast and weekend competitions are fun.. Worth a visit n stay..

Negative - (1) Even it is suppose next to MRT, but still need to walk a bit, about 500 meter, need to cross a main road with many cars. (2) The main entrance rooftop of the hotel is very dirty, (see attached picture, they need to do a major cleaning on it. (3) Too far from the city centre (about...

I had to layover in Shanghai due to some unforeseen circumstances and I'm really glad I chose to stay at The Qube. The best asset of the hotel would be the staff. Special mention to Mr Ivan De La Fuente Liano. He's such a professional and knowledgable staff who goes the extra mile for guests. Nothing is too much trouble...
