Stayed in Room 501. Wifi signal was very weak and when report to maintenance that I had problem sending out email he keep insisting that he is connected to wifi and have no problem. Sick of arguing with him. Brought my own instant coffee and when asked for a bigger glass for my coffee restaurant staff said I have to...

Came into Shanghai without a booking. Booked at airport. Not even close to a 2 star hotel. Immediately called about a "massage" upon entering the room. Street noise made it impossible to sleep at night and roosters crowing in early morning woke me up as well. For the price, I recommend finding something else.

The hotel is pretty good and cheap if you are going on a business trip. The staff is cooperative and luckily some of them understand and speak English. The rooms are pretty large and well maintained. There is a huge mall and eating Center opposite to the hotel. The metro line is walking distance which was very convenient for us...

I spent last week in the hotel, in mid-June 2014, and there were more positives than negatives. Price of 180 RMB was OK, internet access, some TV programs in English plus over 80 programs in Chinese with subtitles in Chinese can be a typical offer of a Chinese hotel, I guess. Breakfast: I understand firstcomers to China that they may...

The bed were ok. People are smoking everywhere, the hotel smells like a cold ashtray. I know Vienna Hotels from Shenzhen and until now I was satisfied because the price was around 200 RMB. But Vienna Shanghai was 400 RMB and the price was not worth the quality. Breakfast was included but the breakfast was one of the most awful...

This Hotel is reasonably OK. Likes: Location close to Expo exhibition center. Good nearby restaurants. Rooms quite large Fridge in room Large safe Free internet (Ethernet, no Wifi) Rather quiet for Shanghai Dislikes: Breakfast below average (very slow, many empty trays) Terrible breakfast coffee, although it's a coffee place! Smokers everywhere, even though the lobby and the breakfast place are...

Stayed here for a week on business. Paid 380 RMB per night for a queen bed. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to Yangsi station metro line 8. Lots of services, shops, restaurants and transportation close by, the main reason I stayed here and the reviews were mostly positive and the price was attractive. The lobby is...
