We really enjoyed this hotel on our journey from NYC to Chiang Mai, Thailand. There is a free shuttle from Pudong Ariport but be sure to book this ahead of time!! The shuttle itself was a bit funny as we had to walk some of our bags from the pickup area to the parking garage and our poor courier was...

Stayed here for a night during a business trip - hotel is quite a distance from the Bund ( an hour) but very conveniently located 20 min from Pudong Airport so great for catching an early morning flight. The rooms are very large and luxurious, breakfast is good and reception services competent, overall a very good package

The hotel make me suprise!!! Orginal we didn't expect too much for this hotel since it's not international brand. But the associates are really professional and helpful at any time. All receptionists are beatiful and handsome. Good english speaking and provide any information you want to know. Also I love hotel decoration which is fashion and modern. There's lifeband from...

The hotel itself is very good: nice room, good bathroom, and comfortable environment. Quiet and good service. It offers a free shuttle service to the airport. But make sure you book your seat in advance. Most customers staying here need to go to the airport and you won't want to find a taxi in the very last minute. In my...

This is a beautiful big hotel high on a mountain overlooking the village. The room was very comfortable with good AC but bad WiFi. If you need WiFi just go down to the lobby and it works fine there. Ask for a view room as the back rooms look in to the mountain but does have a view of a...

A considered luxury hotel. But only spend just 1 night here. But it was a good place to stay. The room was well decorated and a bathtub with a TV screen. a staff with English speaking. Very comfy bed and working desk available.

Stayed here for one night before our flight back to London. Got a very good price on Booking.com - about £80 including breakfast for two of us. I love a bit of luxury and this place certainly delivered - marble everywhere. All very comfortable and loved the 'waterfall' shower. Had room service - food ok but not great. Breakfast however...

Opulent hotel in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is quite nice though as other reviews have stated, the air conditioning here is a problem. I was too tired to change rooms, especially not knowing if the air conditioning would work in the new room. Had a beer in the lounge, a quick dinner in the restaurant and retired for...

The hotel has lots of marble and glitter. The rooms are well appointed with a comfortable bed, big screen TV, and so many buttons to turn on and off different lights and open/close th window curtains. There is free wifi running at medium speed. Many sites such as Google are blocked. The bathroom has. Pedestal tub with a TV set...
