I checked in lately and upgraded to club room, however there was no king bed available. The breakfast at 55/F is excellent in terms of food choice and the view of Shanghai. The people of the hotel is nice and helpful

It was a lovely day, and I had afternoon tea with a work partner at the Lobby Lounge! Love the beautiful trees in the area, view is nice! Ambience was good! We had scones + Club Sandwich, food was nice!

Indoor 25-meter pool, should open all year round, need to contact the hotel in case of emergency closure. Really good.

Yes, there's a thermostat. They have floor heating in the winter months, which is a big plus, not too common in Southern China.
