We're told upon arrival that the lobby is closed for the night and we must enter through the side entrance. This room looks so cheap and dirty. Unbelievably bad. Not sure why this is called a suite... So depressing staying there and they charged a huge price, $184.00 a night because it was move-in weekend at University of Alabama. Wouldn't... More

I've been living in China for the past few years so my tolerance to the absurd is pretty high. Upon check in, I was greeted the desk clerk, whom was efficient and to the point - not much dialogue but kind. Booked a non-smoking room and ended up with one that stank like a bar, but it was too late... More

This has to be one of the nicest places I've been to for an overnight stay in a long time. The entire place is immaculate, the bathroom is huge, and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast ends at 9 which was a bummer, but overall this place can't be beat.

Booked via Hotel.com should have used Trip Advisor; Clean and Comfortable close to the Interstate ; visiting the University of Alabama the Inn was a nice sepatation in distance; close to shopping center and eating establishments; breakfast choce was aduwuaent but limited quality could improve.

First on arriving late in the evening, checking in was quick and they matched the pricing shown on TripAdvisor without having to book through them just showing it to them on smart phone. The gentleman at the counter was extremely nice and very helpful. The parking lot area is bit small if you have large truck with trailer, but is... More

I was really disappointed in this hotel. The room was okay but the amenities were so cheap they would have to be nothing to be any cheaper. The "bath" soap didn't make it through two showers. The towels were small, barely large enough to dry off after a bath. The in-room coffee (one decaf, one regular) was the worst I... More

My wife and I have stayed here numerous times since it was built. It is located on Skyland boulevard and has easy access to Bryant- Denny and the campus without traveling McFarland. The rooms are large and always clean! They have a nice continental breakfast also. Free WIFI.

We choose this hotel purely by accident and were pleasantly surprised. Large well appointed rooms and excellent value for money. One of the really good surprises during our road trip. Check in was handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely suggest this hotel to stay at if visiting Tuscaloosa.

Very clean; very large room w/king bed; spotless bathroom; a/c worked great; housekeeping does an exceptional job; breakfast a little light but ok. Manager very attentive, helped my wife prior to exit with a minor medical issue. Very thoughtful. Only negative: need to upgrade TV's to HD, poor reception & sound (rm 305).
