Lovely stay in the jungle! We stayed 2 nights in the bungalow. The room was comfortable. We had an issue with our hot water which was resolved quickly. Breakfast was good too. There is a restaurant nearby which is open from 8-8pm everyday. We chose this hotel for it location as it was 4 minutes away (drive) from Rio Celeste. We managed to see monkeys and a sloth on the grounds. Do not forget your deet and remember you are in the jungle so expect a few insects! The staff are great and highly recommend!

We had a very relaxing stay (mostly) at the this hotel. Secluded and quiet. The rooms are nice and the restaurant provides a decent range of options. Our neighbours had a sloth in their tree - very cool. Monkeys came to visit whilst our group was eating breakfast. Check your room carefully before nightfall though. We had two frogs in our room. One we found before bedtime and another I found at midnight when it jumped onto my sleeping face and scared me half to death.

This hotel was surreal! You are in a bungalow in the middle of the rainforest and it is magical to wake up and look out the windows. The staff is all very friendly and Hector does so many tours of anything you would want to see in the area. They also make a homemade breakfast!

We highly recommend this hotel. It was a pleasant stay here. The bungalows are neat, surrounded by nature and with plenty of room specially the shower and tub. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We just had trouble getting a strong Wi-Fi signal in the bungalow. The gardens are beautiful and if you are lucky enough you can watch different types of birds, monkeys and even tapirs. Moreover, the restaurant run by the family is great and fairly priced.

Probably the best hotel gardens we came across in our 2 week stay in Costa Rica. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive from the main Rio Celeste car park. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. It is not a 5 star hotel however the small cabins are perfectly adequate for a short stay and have their own private verandas overlooking the gardens and each has a hammock. The gardens are a tropical paradise full of birds during the day, frogs at night and in the early morning it is most likely that you will see a troupe of Capuchin monkeys. We saw 2 different species of toucans, numerous frogs and a 3 toed sloth. There is no one who speaks English however we got by with a small amount of French and Spanish. Breakfast was continental or cooked to order. There is no facilities for an evening meal however there is a family run restaurant next to the entrance where we ate for our 2 night stay and the food was very good and reasonably priced. This hotel in my view is good value especially when you take into account its tropical setting.
