Well located in town, good and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is included and nice. They helped us when we lost a thing for the baby and when we wanted a good price for hot springs water.

I have been backpacking through Central America for two months now and this was by far the worst experience that I have had at a hostel. Let me explain: In Guatemala I stayed at a few $4 hostels that you knew were going to be a little rough around the edges when you walked in. So when the wifi went...

I stayed @ La Choza Inn for three nights in a private room. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning working perfectly and hot water shower. It also had a mini coffee maker which worked well and cable TV. Space in the room was also good and the price included a complete breakfast (eggs, fruit, toasts, juice and coffee) which is extremely...

The price for a double room was very ok the room was clean and big and the Staff was extraordinary friendly. The Hotel offers a great breakfast and a free Trip to some really cool Hot Springs. The city la Fortuna is very nice has lots of Restaurants and Shops and is a good Start point for hiking Tours.

We stayed at La Choza Inn for 3 nights, 2 in a 6 bed dorm and 1 in a private room. The hostel is well placed just on the outskirts of La Fortuna and a short walk from restaurants, shops and the bus station. The hostel offers breakfasts which is a decent offering of toast, scrambled eggs and rice with...

My friend and I stayed here for a few nights in the large mixed dorm. We got the AC working after a bit as it was quite warm in the room. The showers were warm which was nice as most places we were at on our trip were ice cold! The showers are separate from the bathrooms which was nice....

Dirty, unsafe, unfriendly staff. There is no key to lock the dorm, which made me really feel uncomfortable. The staffman was friendly and sold as a volcan tour, sadly that was no volcano tour. We went for a hike in the jungle, another disappointment, then the room smelt terrible. I work as a medical student, so I have to say:...

I think they are way better places in la Fortuna. Its unbearable to always have all the staff (receptionist, cleaner) flirting with us all the time.thats creepy. The dormitory is not that good (the aircon is too noisy) and there is no place outside to hang out or just relax. when we left, we were late for the check-out and...

Rooms and kitchen were clean, no window and no air conditioning in my room. Hot water was not hot. Somewhat a good value but it could be a bit better. It's quiet and you can sleep very well there. If I ever go back i will ask for another room!

The hostel is in a quiet location. Feels more like a hotel as there is no atmosphere. The breakfast was a nice surprise. Staff only spoke to me when o was handing money over for something. Beds were comfortable enough.
