Just by luck we came across this hostel and were we ever happy. The place is really clean, staff is helpful and the lounge/pool/bar area was so much fun. It really did feel more like a mini resort than a hostel. Prices were really great too. We liked this place so much that we booked at their sister hostel in...

This place is very misleading. There are 2 blocks one completely separate on the other side of the street which unsurprisingly there are no photos of ....its not wooden clad or hammocked its a sad looking concrete block that has the thinnest walls Ive ever stayed in. We could hear word for word what was said in the courtyard and...

More that what you expect from hostel. The staff is extremly helpful and friendly. They have a laundry service which is super usefull. Con: Music Very loud, setting is fake, "clean" but still wearing flip flop in my private shower... Pro of the bar: breakfast is all you can eat and they make the best guaro sour during the day...

This place was amazing. This is not your typical hostel. This place has more of a hotel/resort look. Very clean, large rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly staff, swimming pool and swim up bar, buffet breakfast, hammocks and a lot more things for your stay. Strongly recommend for people who want s comfortable place at an affordable price.

Awesome hostel (in the center of la fortuna, warm pool, good value breakfast, nice staff)... but: the extremely loud and awful music is everything but relaxing. the hostel shouldn't be called "resort".

One of the nicest and most clean hostels I've ever stayed in. Staff was super informative, their food was pretty damn good, and their bathrooms were top notch (for a hostel!). If youre in the la fortuna area, I would highly recommend staying here. Perfect for (18-35 yr olds) who travel in pairs or alone. Great place and a great...

The hostel is a hostel, not a resort by any means. Breakfast is $6USD for eggs, mystery meat, fruit, toast and cereal. Overpriced for mediocre food. The beds are super uncomfortable I.e. you can feel every spring. They don't offer towels. The room had AC but it did not help with drying our clothes at all. The walls and windows...

Good things: Good location, staff will help with any info or tours or taxis you may need, comfy beds, nice to have AC and a fridge in the room, lots of hammocks to relax in, welcome drink is a nice touch. Not so good: Rooms were a bit basic, our shower was no good at all and it was very...

Great spot for travelers looking to hang out and meet people. There is a small pool, a bar, kitchen and plenty of hammocks for hanging out. We utilized their secure parking for our car and motorcycles and it worked great. Also: Air conditioning in some rooms!!! Definitely recommend this place, but call ahead because it was pretty full when we...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights/4 days in October 2016. I do not think I can say more GOOD things about this hostel. We have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hostels and hotels, and this one was something different- it made our experience in Costa Rica so awesome. Prior to our vacation- I spent...
