We stayed there just last week and fell in love with the place! The view and grounds are beautiful. The staff at the front desk are so very helpful and pleasant, thank in particular to Jonathan and Roberto! The tours they offer to be charged to your bill are all fantastic. The food was great, really fresh and tasty! The...

This is the kind of experience you hope for in any vacation! This resort was all we could ask for. The cute bungalows were large enough for husband, teen son, and I. Despite having many throughout the grounds, you still felt a sense of privacy as you sat on the back deck and enjoyed as close a view of Arenal...

We had booked in here but got bumped just a few days before arriving. They moved us to another close by hotel. The staff was courteous but short in correspondence. We were looking forward to staying here.

This is a lovely spot and the staff are friendly. The prices for drinks, meals, and tours are all in $US, and already include tax and service charges. We added a dollar or two if we liked the service. You can sign for things (including tours) against your room number if you like, and you get an itemized receipt for...

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so sweet and helpful! The included breakfast was delicious and the restaurant has a wonderful view of the volcano. This was our favorite hotel from our trip to Costa Rica! The private bungalows are clean and feel like you are staying in a cabin. It was a really lovely place to...

A beautiful hotel amongst stunning scenery. So much to do in the area and a comfortable place to stay if you just want to relax. Rooms are tastefully furnished and the individual terraces have lovely views. The restaurant looks out to the volcano and the food is great. The pool is sheltered and a pleasant place to swim and relax.

This place is great. Wonderful huge 'cabins' with all the comfort one needs. The staff is very helpful, amazing view at the vulcano, if the weather is on your side. You can spot beautiful red frogs near tour cabin, many birds like toukans, enjoy the swimming pool, have a good drink at the bar and a great meal. If you...

Stayed here with my 20 year old daughter March 5-8, 2017. Beautifully furnished private bungalows. HUGE bathroom with oversized shower, even a bidet. Very comfortable beds, front porch with bench and back porch with table and 4 chairs. Heard the birds 24/7 and was able to sit on back porch and see them. Even had a vist every morning from...

Lomas is off the main road by about a mile. When we arrived Roberto checked us in and he was very friendly, helpful and great to talk to throughout our stay. The property isn't done justice by the photo's i have seen. It has beautiful gardens, has one of the best views of the volcano (if not the best), and...

The hotel sits right under the volcano, on the green side (not the lava side), so the view from our room as we opened the rear balcony / terrace door was of the last cloud clearing to reveal the summit - impressive! Our room was a very spacious and comfortable hardwood cabin - very nice but not sure where they...
