The rooms are very old and could do with being refurbished , ours smelt damp and fusty. Pillows smelled , so got them changed. Towels and bed linens could do with being washed at a higher temperature. No bottles of water in room, hotel is basic, no luxury here. Wouldn’t recommend.

The breakfast was included with a buffet with a lot of choices. Also, there is a restaurant at the hotel if you arrive late at the hotel like us. There are trails around with a lot of birds, vegetation, a lake and Ducks! There a pools and thermals too without a lot of persons. The room was confortable but the soundproff was not so good and the A/C broke two times, but if you tell Your problems to the reception, they will fix it !

I really liked the volcano lodge. We had a spectacular view of volcano from our back porch. Room was large and comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic. Loved the thermal pools and it was also nice to have a regular pool to cool off. Nice sauna above one of the pools.

Friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping including gardeners. Restaurant food ok. Breakfast buffet is better. Room and bathroom are old. Definitely, need a major improvements. Hot springs jacuzzi and pool are not clean. Hotel grounds are pretty with many birds.

This hotel is clean and has everything you need. It has very nice hot springs (perfect temperature and decor), a nice pool for the kids and a great reception area with some games. The plants and trees around are beautiful and very well maintained! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The only small downside is breakfast. It could be little better - adding a nice oatmeal section for example would be nice. Also they charge extra for cappuccino - I think it should be included in the price (I don't see the reason for charging extra - its not like its made out of gold compared to regular black coffee).
