Our 35 villas are 1,500 square feet of pure luxury, romance, and privacy. These villas offer the ultimate experience with a private plunge pool fed by water directly from the volcano which is some of the purest in the world. The room includes complimentary breakfast, minibar, laundry, daily yoga classes and your very own personal host! Nayara Springs is an adult-only luxurious property with many unique and exclusive features. The hotel has two savory restaurants; Amor Loco and Mis Amores. In Amor Loco guests can enjoy gourmet cuisine while sitting by the pool or dining inside with live music seven nights a week. Mis Amores is our casual Italian fare restaurant with a beautiful direct view to the Volcano which is also connected to our new swim-up pool bar Cielito Lindo. Nayara Springs also has its own coffee bar; the coffee is a Nayara Signature that can only be found on property. Guest can also enjoy our open-air yoga pavilion or work on their fitness at our new state-of-the-art-gym. Nayara Springs is connected by two footbridges perched 150 feet high, above the rainforest canopy to our sister property Nayara Hotel Spa & Gardens.

Nayara Springs is gorgeous. From the moment you drive onto the hotel grounds, you are surrounded by the beauty of the rainforest and its residents. We saw a Jesus Christ lizard just up the path from our villa on our first day there, encountered a crested guan one morning while

Good location from which to make excursions in the Arenal area. Professional guides (Ana and Andrey) were very friendly. Overall pleasant stay with good breakfast. Being a relais chateau we expected a bit more from the restaurants but we are on the spoilt side. Having breakfast

Frankly I wasn’t too convinced when I arrived: the map shows this as a rather large resort and I was expecting being more “intimate”! Needless to say we made sure to be intimate: we hardly left our villa!!! The service is so good, the Villa is amazing with the thermal pool and

We stayed here for three nights and our experience was all good. Certainly it is expensive but if you can manage to book one of the Villa rooms, I think you will be pretty amazed. We had a plunge pool in our front yard, facing the volcano. The small pool is plenty big for two

Dear MJH161, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your thoughtful feedback of our Nayara Springs. We are so grateful for your review as the guest experience is our #1 priority at Nayara. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time at our rainforest hideaway, and we hope you will come visit us again soon. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed our villas, amenities, restaurants, and our family of team members. We’re so sorry to hear that your weren’t able to make the reservations of your choice at our restaurants. In order to offer enough variety and space for all our guests, we have five restaurants throughout the property with different menus and atmospheres. Upon booking a reservation with us, our personal host is happy to work with each guest on reservations for dining, spa, activities, etc. in advance of your visit – and we’re extremely sorry that this did not happen for you. We will make it a priority to make this clearer for guests moving forward. Thank you for your feedback regarding the cost of our resort. Our goal at Nayara Springs is to offer the very best products of everything for our guests, including a variety of fine wines that we bring in from across the world for our Wine Bar and our restaurants, which of course comes at a cost. We select only premium, fresh and local ingredients across our restaurants. We truly appreciate your feedback in this regard and hope your visit was a worthwhile experience in the end. Thank you, again, for your thoughtful review. We will continue to turn all feedback around to make our resort the best it can be. Sincerely, Frederic Cappello Resort Manager

March and specially Easter week are HUGE holiday weeks for Costarricans. I would seriously avoid traveling there during Easter. Back to question of reservations for tours and spa. I would recommend making reservations for tours in advance as you have more choices and options. The Spa, I would suspect they would work hard to accommodate you even without reservations. The Staff at Nayara Springs is SUPERB, just like the grounds, the views and the food.

"Plenty to do" I guess is debate-able. The hotel has movies you can borrow to watch in your room, mind you they aren't very recent. There are plenty of bars all over the place so there's that. Also there's a really cute coffee cafe with board games and its a really good place to read. I spent most my time in the pool with a drink. So there's that. I hope that helps

Yes they definitely do. There is a sloth trail on the premises but we had a hard tome spitting them as they are really camoflauged. But there are a variety of tours to choose from wildlife to the volcano tours nayara has it all!

"We stayed in villas 3 and 4, both were very nice. They are also near the reception area, which made it easy to grab a coffee."
"Book a room with a plunge pool!"
"Get one of the Villas: the suite, plunge pool and general ambience are worth the price."
"i don't thing there is a bad room. We were in19. I wouldn't recommend 1 or 2 - too close to registration."
