Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour in Costa Rica. The hotel grounds were beautiful with a wide variety of bird-life. Wonderful swimming pools (very warm as thermally heated). Hotel rooms, which are arranged in tiers, have views of the volcano; clouds lifted whilst we were there to give very clear views. Bedrooms and bathrooms were stylish...

My husband and I stayed at Arenal Springs Resort for our honeymoon. It is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The landscape was beautiful, the staff was exceptional, and our room was fantastic. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist you with whatever you needed. The service was truly out of this world. The hotel...

This was probably the best hotel we stayed in on our Costa Rican tour. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. If the clouds had lifted to reveal the volcano, it would have been perfect. Accomodation, facilities and grounds were top notch. Breakfast buffet really good. Evening menu in the restaurants a little expensive to be honest, but I guess...

We stayed here for four nights. We loved the grounds and the layout of the property. The pool is beautiful--all in the shadows of the Arenal Volcano. It is a $12 cab ride to town so plan accordingly. I loved the shower--almost felt like I was outside and the room felt like being in a townhouse. The resort is quite...

First of all, the view the the Arenal Volcano is spectacular! Our room faced the volcano, as did most of the rooms on the property. Simply stunning! Nice, clean, spacious room. The shower feels like you are outside with a translucent room that actually has open parts to the outside and allows rain to drip in to the drainage area....

Stayed here as part of a Caravan tour. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hot springs were amazing. Was very rainy during our time there so we didn't get to see the Volcano due to cloud cover but was still our favorite hotel on our trip.

We just left this resort after a great week of nature oriented activities. Edward, their activities coordinator, is a master at advising and selecting interesting activities for us ecotourists to do.
