The grounds at Casa Luna are stunningly beautiful, & our room has its own back yard, complete with a variety of heliconias & foraging wildlife. The staff is very friendly & accommodating, & you are conveniently near to the Arenal Volcano National Park. There is so much to do in the area that I would recommend spending at least 4...

Great receptionists and dining room staff, and the visit was peaceful and tranquil after heavy days in buses and cars visiting other sites. The food was very good and the cocktails reasonably priced and the while ambience was laid back. They have a nice trail down to the river which is quiet during the day (you can see more fauna...

We stayed there one night as part of a group trip. It's a beautiful setting with a view of the Arenal volcano. Well-tended grounds with lots of beautiful flowers and a pleasant walking trail. Nice restaurant and nice pool. Lots of fun things to do nearby, particularly the rainforest chocolate tour next door.

We were two couples visiting Costa Rica for the first time. We spent two night at Casa Luna before going on to the Tamarindo coast. The hotel is beautiful, with views of the volcano rising above the jungle from the balcony. We had our best meal of the trip at the restaurant there. At breakfast, tropical birds fed in camera...

From the front desk to the room, we were instantly pleased, Everyone is very accommodating and the grounds are environmentally perfect. Late afternoon at the pool after a days hike is great and the happy hour 2 for 1 helps that also. The only thing I will change next time is to ask for an upstairs room in order to...

We had a room on the ground floor which was ok except we had workmen working out the back at a level where they could see in the windows....not very comfortable. Limited space to hang clothes or hang anything like towels to dry...we ended up hanging stuff of the light fittings. The first morning we were woken at 5.30 by...

This hotel's reception was absolutely amazing! Service was so welcoming and helped us through both the good and stressful times of our visit to Costa Rica. The hotel was also very accommodating to our every need. I recommend this hotel to travellers as they will find that this place will suit their every need. - Samar

Stayed 3 nights at casa Luna. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room large and very clean. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was very good. Grounds are very nice and peaceful. Easy trip into town for many dinning options. Difficult to find the first time, easy after we finally got there.

Perfect spot that isn't over crowded . The rooms are nice sized and clean . The shower is large and as advertised , the toilet easily clogs :) . They fix that fast . The breakfast is nice , not great. There is a great trail where you can walk along a fresh river . I would definitely stay there...

This is a beautiful place to stay because you are surrounded by nature. The drive to Casa Luna is off the beaten path so you won't be disturbed by any traffic or nightlife noise, and there are birds constantly singing. There pool is tranquil, and there a few different hot tubs to choose from. They feel very private being surrounded...
