We were here in mid-February 2016 for three nights. It was part of an Ecoterra tour package (gotten through GroupOn! a great deal!). It was very convenient that Ecoterra Costa Rica has an office right there on the premises, so when we needed to tweak some of our travel plans, the office folks were so helpful and accommodating. We initially...

No complaints except food portions were small and expensive. Take a walk up down for better value for your money. Place was quiet and well kept. Liked the hot tubs! Staff was very friendly and polite.

The service was very friendly and helpful. They had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants in town. If you have a chance to visit their spa do it! The massage room is exposed to the outside and it creates a wonderful and relaxing ambience. The only down side is the restaurant is a little pricey. Everything else from...

Extremely enjoyed our hotel! Our room was great, the pool and hot tubs are gorgeous, the landscaping is great, and the restaurant is nice and relaxing. The hotel also offers spas and work with a company to provide excursion trips, which made it convenient to book right at the front desk. Staff was very courteous too.
