We stayed at the Orosi Lodge on our journey to the Caribbean Coast. We only stayed one nite in the lodge, but booked the Villa for 3 nights on our journey back to Liberia. It was Perfect!! Nice covered balcony, parking, fully stocked kitchen.

Beautiful, german owned lodge in the Orosi Valley. Stunning views from the balcony, loving breakfast ( 7 $ ), rooms in a very good style, next to the thermal pools of Orosi. Nice lobby with tasty cakes in the afternoon. Strong recommendation!

Yes tons of tours and Itazu is about an hour from there. It is perhaps the most popular place to visit within the Central Valley. They have a horse back riding guide right next door.
