We stayed in unit 49 at Coco Marinda and it was such a dump! Not as advertised at all. The grounds were lovely as was the pool and very friendly retired folks owned most of the units. Our unit was owned by a slum lord. TV's didn't work, kitchen tap didn't work, toilet overflowed, stove elemts all turned on at the same time and the only way to shut them off was by turning off the breaker. Toaster oven died the 7th day and the sofa bed was a single bed up against the wall and very uncomfortable. I could go on and on. Incredibly dissapointed in the location as well. Not safe to walk at night and Coco beach was not a beach I would swim in. Lots of "commerce" going on at night on the beach and not a clean beach either. Won't go back there again!!

Run down. Very mean staff. If you are a renting Tourist run!!! The gate keeper Tiara mean as crap. HOA president meaner. We got yelled at for being drunk In the pool when we had 2 plastic cups of water. Poured our water out and me president yelled at my husband and spit in his face. I have never encountered anything like this. Had to go get a new hotel.

CocoMarindo Coco What a vile hole!! Run away !!! A festering pustule on the coast of Costa Rica. What an absolute stinking flea pit of a hole. I should Imagine even the "ladies of dubious intention" hate working here, this was without any shadow of a doubt the most disgusting place I have encountered since rancid Raj's place in Mumbai. I wouldn't let my dog sleep in this place much less my wife, it is truly horrible. The room was damp and stank, the view was of a rotting refuse dump, its no wonder security lock you in! They advertise villas then allocate a room on a housing project, Private pool? your kidding right? I'm so glad I booked on my credit card, seriously, Id rather sleep on the beach than here, run away and stay elsewhere

Fuimos en familia,el apartamento muy viejo y dejado,había 2 grifos rotos,me dijeron que tenía parking y el coche se tuvo que quedar fuera,ya que dentro estaba completo,lo único bueno la piscina,no lo recomiendo
