After a great, but exhausting trip through Costa Rica, me, my sister and a friend were in for some relaxation at Samara. We went searching for a hotel for a reasonable price and ended up at the Tico Adventure Lodge.

We actually stayed here a while back and I was looking into going again and realized I never gave a review.

No doubt the best place for the price!! The rooms were clean cool and comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and made us feel right at home. Just a couple minutes to the beach and close to shops and restaurants.
I cannot see why this place would be rated weii. It was cheap ,$55 for two.
the neighbor was making noise all night. Road noise no ac, ants all over, no parking on the grounds, these are my reasos for a bad review.

We stayed ther at the beginning of December and stayed in the studio apartment suite just off of the office. I can't say that the traffic noise was even an issue. I never noticed the sound. The walls are fairly thin and there was a live band that played on the next street that we heard one night but the town has a 9pm noise ban, so things quieted down then. One morning, the howler monkeys were pretty loud, but you can't control the jungle 😉 It's a lovely place to stay, though. We loved it.
