We booked this last minute via hotels.com and got a great rate (<$70/night) especially considering we had a whole apartment. We didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge and coffee maker (try the cute falafel bar on the way to the beach), but it was nice to have a separate living room/kitchen area from the bedroom. Air conditioning was...

My new wife and I wanted to spend a couple days in Tamarindo to start our honeymoon and decided on Hotel Flores. We are VERY, VERY HAPPY we made this choice! From the start, Andreas, his Mother, and Louisa took care of us. Our room was very clean and the property was immaculate. We felt like we had the entire...

Very nice little hotel, had a problem with the safe in our room and was upgraded to an apartment. The extra room was nice and would recommend if you’re spending more then one or two nights. The owner is a nice Italian woman, she doesn’t speak a lot of English, but this is common with most of the smaller hotels...

We chill on the beach in Tamarindo every couple years and don't even look anywhere else. The Hotel Flores is spotlessly clean and very, very comfortable. Since our last visit a couple years ago they have added a huge breakfast--while the price remained the same = awesome value. It is also about a 5 minute walk to the beac, trust...

I came with my wife to celebrate our 30th anniversary, and this hotel and the owners exceeded all of our expectations. The mother and the son would bend over backwards to help us enjoy our stay in Tamarindo. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. The pool was clean and refreshing surrounding by beautiful flowers. The room was always clean,...

This hotel turned out to be a positive surprise. Small and friendly. A nice and quiet poolarea and really good breakfast! Great coffee and juices. The day we were leaving our shuttle never showed up (not booked by the hotel). Since it was sunday we didn't get hold of anyone at the company we booked the shuttle with so the...

We really liked our stay at hotel Flores very much. It's a small hotel, we liked the personal touch, and service from the staff. We had a spacious room, and very clean room. The pool is very nice. We stayed there for two weeks and had a great time. At the hotel it's quiet and peaceful, yet the beach and...

I really enjoyed this place. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything we could possibly need - hot shower (although we had to ask for some maintenance to get the water pressure up), good A/C, fridge with a freezer, wifi, and a huge bed. The breakfast was simple, but tasty. The pool is pretty small, but it's surrounded...

Hi Everyone, Hotel Flores is a great little B&B hotel that is up and away from the main streets in Tamarindo. Requires a little bit of a walk to get to the main part of town, but its not bad at all. Me and the wife stayed in Room # 6, and we loved it for the 4 days we...
