We stayed at La Diosa for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. It is located in a quiet spot a bit outside Cahuita with beautiful gardens and lovely pool. The cabins are basic but comfortable and the breakfast is the best we had in our 3-week stay in Costa Rica. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Nourishing through and through..from the hosts, their kids, the staff, the scrumptious food (best granola around!) the sweet breezes... Healing. Inspiring. Lovely. You will not want to leave...you'll be back often.

I enjoyed this place which is remote from Cahuita town which is quite touristy in the season. The rooms are very comfortable and they have an excellent breakfast. No other meals but there is a very good Italian restaurant not far away and if one has transport or enjoys walking Cahuita is full of restaurants. The National Park runs along...

I really enjoyed staying there. Excellent location, beach front and close to the town. Great gardens with huge palm trees, the owner even offer me to take a small tree that we love ( and I forgot to take it!!!) and nice private beach. It's also a great place to stay if you are planning to surf.

We checked in spontaneous and the friendly owner gave us the nicest room he has: Huge, with jacuzzi, hammock...what else do you need!? Breakfast is included and served by the owner himself. Beautiful grounds, pool, sea view, you can sit on a bank and watch the sea, the beach (where you can swim, walk, relax) is a 3 minutes walk....

We arrived at Hotel La Diosa in Cahuita on Playa Negra. What a beautiful spot this was, tucked away and more private with beautiful grounds and a short 200 meter walk to the beach. This hotel is beachfront property and a very nice pool as well. We were warmly greeted and the owner, Marcelo was very knowledgeable about the area....
