We stayed three days with the carreras family in their village. They are very friendly hosts and welcomed us not only to their small village, but also to their home and family. There are different activities during the day like crab fishing, hiking through the jungle (lots of trails), or they show you how they make bags. Never the less... More

The tamandu lodge is an amazing place. When we went there we thought it would be a hot, uncomfortable place without proper toilets and showers but when we got there we found it was quite the opposite! - it is cool there so there is no need for A/C . - the meals are typical costa rican dishes that are... More
