Comfortable, clean, beautiful view of the bay. Room had refrigeration and microwave and dishes. Katie is so helpful. Good food at the marina across the street, and down toward the village. Friendly people. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

My boyfriend and I spent a lovely evening at the Marina Vistas Villas. What a treat! The view of the marina and the Bay is beautiful and the lodging is charmingly decorated. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is fully stocked for creating a wonderful meal. The staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property for an overnight or long term stay in Golfito.

This is the third time I am coming back to Marina Vista Villas, obviously it shows that I am happy here. I am in town for work and the Villas give me the perfect combination that I need. The owner Katie is wonderful and always keep the units clean and welcoming. If you need to know anything about the town, Katie is a wealth of information.
You will probably see me back a fourth time soon.

I've stayed at the Vista Villas on a multiple occasions and will continue to do so on return trips to Golfito. The villas are very "homey" and well appointed, with great gulf views and close to everything in town. They are right across the street from Banana Bay restaurant, which has great food if you aren't in the mood to cook your own. There's also a work out room with weights, treadmill, and exercise equipment for the physically ambitious. Katie and David are gracious and hospitable hosts. I thoroughly enjoy the time spent there.

We are repeat visitors having stayed at Golfito Marina Vista Villas for the last couple of years on our trips to Costa Rica. We have stayed in both levels of the Marina Vista Villa apartments, and look forward to returning again the winter. Last year we brought friends and rented both levels which worked perfect for all of us. Vista Villas is located within walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants, and a fish market for some of the freshest fish you'll ever get. Cable TV, DVD, Wifi, telephone, air-conditioning, outdoor grill, a full kitchen and maid service, all for less money than staying in a hotel. Great views off the patios. Local tours that can be arranged include, sailing, hiking, river trips, garden tours, all top of the line. Laundry service is also a welcome addition that can be arranged.

The Golfito Marina Vista Villas are are great place to stay. We had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom & lanai - very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped, there is wifi & cable T.V. with DVD player. The view is beautiful and Banana Bay Marina is across the street with great food, drinks and a ring game. I feel so lucky to have found Katey's place in Golfito. Traveling as a single woman, I really wanted a place where I would feel safe and comfy and this place far exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows, AC and fans, the kitchen was well equipped and you could sit for hours and watch the boats come in and out of the Golfo Dulce!

Staying at the Golfito Marina Vista Villas was really comfortable. The space to relax, comfortable bed and furniture was a welcome relief after the long trip to get to Golfito. The apartment sized suite has everything you could ask for with full kitchen, brand new appliances, cable tv, wifi and great views of Golfito bay with boats coming and going. Great sunset views and air conditioning to provide excellent sleeping. The best hamburger in Costa Rica is right across the street, along with half-price happy hour. Best place to stay in Golfito.
