I've been told by TripAdvisor, that Hotel Catalina can't be listed as a Hotel on TripAdvisor because there isn't a 24 hour desk at Hotel Catalina. That is a requirement to be listed as a hotel and while we have someone available 24/7, our desk isn't open 24 hours. Thank you for asking! I do think that tripadvisor should add a new category for Boutique Hotels though!
