We stayed at this hotel in February for several days. Amazing view and very private, . We stayed in Villa 4, very secluded. Roger and his sons were great hosts and felt like a personal guest. Would defiantly recommend. Only thing that good to know is it has a pretty lively atmosphere until about 8:00 at night . It is...

We stayed at Hotel Vista de Olas for 3 nights on our recent visit to this area of the Nicoya Peninsula. This is a small, 5 villa, boutique hotel that is well maintained with a friendly staff. Roger, the owner, is very pleasant and a great resource when planning your activities. The road up to the hotel is a dirt...

We didn't stay at this place or eat here, but we really appreciated that we were able to use the pool as guests as long as we ate or drank here. They require a deposit of 5,000 colones per child and 10,000 per adult for you to swim in the pool. The deposit goes directly towards your food and drink...

I didn't stay there to sleep or eat, I went for the sunset with friends. The view it's amazing. You can go from Santa Teresa by cab or quod. Once you go there you have to pay 20$, but you can use this money for drinks so it's fine. Drinks are not the best honestly, but the view is really...

We've stayed here twice. Million dollar view. Great accommodations. It's a family run place and they offer everything from ATVs, snorkeling, surf lessons, tours, etc. Already planning our third visit.

This was the first time I visited Costa Rica, and the only negative would be that I couldn't stay longer! This family owned hotel was so incredibly welcoming- the staff, the views, and the excursions was like something out of a movie. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate his birthday and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect...

Let me tell you about this place man. This was honestly the best hotel I've been to and trust me I've been to a lot. First from when we got picked up at the airport by the son customer service was at its high and it did not stop even after we checked out the hotel. The hotel owner Roger...

The view is very nice . But!!!! You pay 20 $ to "spend" and in the moment you order cocktail and a main dish you need to pay more! 10 $for one cocktail and we ordered rib eye steak and it was soooo bad. The waiter making the stake, I ask for medium and I got a shoe taste. You...

I absolutely loved my experience at Hotel Vista de Olas! The owners were friendly and helpful-they gave us honest opinions and answers to our questions. The excursions were exciting (ATV tour to the waterfalls, zip lining, fishing trip). We caught a few fish and they held them for us until we were ready for dinner. The owners treated us like...
