We weren't sure what to expect but the hotel was recommended by another hotel we will be staying at. The people were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious. No view of the water but a beautiful garden in the complex.

After parking you would think the hotel was minimal as the frontage of the hotel is bland. However, once inside it begins to shine. Staff, always an indicator of the rest of our experience, were very cordial and helpful. From the reception to the bar to the restaurant the staff made our stay great. Our room was clean and we...

First of all...I rarely write a negative review! However, in this case it is written to warn those of you who may be considering booking this specific room. We booked this room over the holidays as it was the last one left at this resort and I had fallen in love with the pics and was impressed by the Trip...

Hello Frankie, I am sorry to hear of your negative experience in a street side room. This is the reason these are the last to rent and are cheaper than the inside garden double deluxe rooms which are typically quiet with the exception of monkeys and other animals that travel on the roof. There are only two outside suites, and...

We pulled up in a transport after a long drive and had no idea what we were getting into. Once inside, we were more than pleased! The gardens and the pool area are like a private sanctuary full of wildlife. The staff in the restaurant is very polite and personable. The food is excellent and the restaurant prices were very...

I stayed here 3 nights with my son. Upon arrival we were greated and shown the property which is beautiful and our room was just as described. The staff is friendly and helpful. BUT...I wish I knew... The Falls is located next to a hostel and at night they PARTY! My room was #4 which was closest to the hostel...

This is a clean, quiet and peaceful hotel with friendly staff and nice facilities. We loved the pool after hiking and beach. Delicious breakfast included. Hotel staff helped us arrange day trips that were fun. Recommended !

My family and I felt like we walked into another another world when we walked into the Falls Resort. The garden surrounding the pool is full of lizards, iguanas, white-faced monkeys (occasionally), Pacas (or some kind of similar creature) and birds. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the garden and it allowed us to soak everything in. It...

Down from the roof scampered a white face monkey as he seemed to fly on to the back bar then grab a banana. He dashed up to a near by roof peak to savor the sweetness of the stolen fruit. I just sipped my afternoon wine near the pool while I watched him and a dozen more from his troop,...

We stayed at The Falls for four nights at the start of our holiday and it couldn't have been better. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our bungalow was gorgeous, especially the terrace. The breakfasts were good and the one meal we ate in the restaurant was very good. The pool area was delightful. But the best thing was...
