Good location, friendly staff, a little bit outdated rooms. Room was clean, but sheets were not clean. The road is very close to hotel, so it was very noisy. Breakfast was good, together with lot of monkeys :)

I stayed at Jungle Beach for 6 days in Feb 2016 with a group of friends and family. In Total we were 7 and we ended up getting the villa which was perfect, it held 3 double beds and 1 single bed, full kitchen, nice bar, a huge shower area and a huge porch. We were first shocked at how... More

Wonderful eco-friendly hotel. We enjoyed the monkeys that visited us daily. There is a small but nice pool. Breakfast was very good every morning. It was an easy walk to the beach and Manuel Antonio Park. The area has many, many birds and animals all around. The howler monkeys woke us in the morning. The staff was great.

I stayed in 5 different Hotels/B&B's during my 21 nights in Costa Rica, Jungle Beach was just the best. Only had 4 nights there really wish could have been more. Christopher & Fabiola and their staff were just wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Was in room 8, great décor, very comfortable beds, good cleaning service even the... More

Myself and my husband stayed here for 3 nights whilst on our honeymoon last month. Our room was lovely, the location was great as it's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and only ~15mins walk to Manuel Antonio national park. The staff were all lovely, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but fine, and we got... More

The place was great, we had a top floor room where you can hear the monkeys when they howl. They didnt get to steal our breakfast, but we happened to be coming back to the room around late afternoon and they were all over the balcony eating bananas out of guests hands. There was so many of them and one... More

The hotel is located right across from the beach but has lots of jungle scenery around it. As we would eat breakfast monkeys were playing in the trees. The owner, Chris, was so helpful and booked a zip line tour and massages for us. The staff also gave us great recommendations for food. They all spoke English very well. It... More

My family and some family friends spent part of our summer vacation here last year. It was very convenient to get to the beach and hang out for the day. The rooms were clean but were all located up a bunch of stairs. It was fine for us but may have been difficult for older people. The staff at Jungle... More

Great location, walk across street to beach and not far to the park. Staff was very nice with recommendation for tours and dining. Bus passed hotel regularly, making it easy to get around town. I wish we stayed longer!
