When we first arrived I was not all that impressed. The room was fine, but not great. Soon after and over the course of the stay we really came to love the place. The location cannot be beat. The cleaning staff do a great job servicing the room each day. The hotel has a lot of amenities (free compiter with...

The reviews from previously people are correct. This is a really cool place to hang out. Stayed for a week. Had Esteban, Jonathan and the owner Mike set me and my family up with good tours. ATV, waterfalls, hiking, jumping off small cliff waterfalls, fishing, snorkeling, sailing and exploring and my favorite the Ziplines. They have two different ziplines near...

Stop your hotel search now. If you enjoy good friendly people and simple comfortable clean accommodations then you've found your hotel. Mike, La Posada's owner, hosted myself, my fiance, and my friend Heather on a trip last March and we didn't have one complaint while we were there. We stayed in the new two story casita (its closest to the entrance...

Lovely bungalows and grounds; inviting pool; fantastic staff (especially Esteban, who arranged our guide for the park, gave us excellent advice about the beaches we should visit in Guanacaste, and kindly made me a special entree on Dinner Night when I mentioned that I didn't eat fish). You literally cannot stay closer to the main entrance to Manuel Antonio Park....

We stayed in the parrot bungalow for 4 nights. We loved the simplicity and cleanliness of the bungalow. This bungalow is also the farthest back of the 4 and from the street so no one walking by which was nice. Our bungalow had a king bed that was very comfortable and a double recliner which was great for watching movies...

I booked this hotel because it had air conditioning and a pool, two prerequisites for travelling with a child in a very hot and humid place. But I discovered after arriving that those two prerequisites could be had for a good $20 less per night than I paid at other cabinas nearby. La Posada is one of the priciest of...

We stayed at La Posada for one night, in the 2 bedroom La Casa apartment. Pros: The room for La Casa was very large, bed extremely comfortable, 2 bathrooms clean, nice kitchen/bar area, and big tv screen. It's literally right next to the park entrance so it's very convenient for an early morning tour. The staff was friendly too. They...

We LOVED La Posada......the villa was great, contemporary, immaculate, within walking distance to the National Park. Jonathan, Estaban and their support staff were gracious, friendly, knowledgeable and more than hospitable. Everyday their breakfast spread was perfect, their pizzas some of the best we have ever eaten and their dinner and movies.......terrific. We would, if we could, return tomorrow.......we highly recommend...

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, this place was the best!!!! It was literally right outside the national park and the vocals of the park could not be beat! On our first day checking in we got a visit from two different deer which was such a treat. The owner Mike was amazing, he does themes on...

You're steps from the entrance to Manuel Antonio park and you're a short walk to the beach. Jonathan, his sister and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Jonathan made several great suggestions (especially a little place nearby that had some great options for my vegan niece). Breakfasts are simple and delicious with eggs cooked to order. The internet...
