I recently stayed at Inn On The Park for 6 nights with my girlfriend, brother and his girlfriend while in town for a wedding. The first few nights, we had a master suite for the four of us, before moving to junior suites when they opened up. The hotel is modest, but very clean and well kept. The hotel manager,... More

This hotel is literally next door to the park ticketing office. I walked up there about 6:50am waited in line for 10 minutes to get our tickets to get into the park and went back to the hotel room to get ready. We had a superior suite right across from the reception. It came with a king size bed in... More

We should have known that there was something wrong with this hotel when vacancy was available given is proximity to Manuel Antonio. We assessed the room first, and upon cursory review of the room it seemed ok. Following staying in the room, which was J 1, we had noticed that from the time we first saw the room and reentered... This was my second trip to Manuel Antonio and second time at this hotel. The staff are very courteous and polite and able to assist in anything to do around Manuel Antonio. The rooms are good, but not 5 star...for the price, it is well worth the stay.

So I chose this place based on the location which was only 100 yards from the beach without having to ascend down the cobblestone streets where most of the other hotels are located. It is clean place and spacious, but just keep in mind no frills and nothing fancy so don't expect high-dollar counters, fixtures or furniture, or fluffy towels.... More

Hardly any water pressure No water in the middle of the night Breakfast was just fruit and toast WiFi only... More

We stayed as a family for a number of nights there. Here are the good points first: 1 minute walk to the National park, which allows you to walk there and get in before the crowd; 3 minutes walk to the beach, which is full of life; every room very spacious with patios in the front and in the back,... I planned to stay at Hotel Inn on the Park with my family for 2 nights, however after 1 night we transfered to another hotel. The good: -Cheap -Offers suite-style rooms, which are good for families -Close to the beach and national park The bad: -Rooms were incredibly outdated -It was hard to find any of the staff when we... While the location could not be much better and the room did have a full kitchen, the room had a musty odor, the beds were not comfortable, the fitted sheet would not fit or stay on, there was no mattress pad. One of the employees was helpful and nice the other was not helpful and lacked the beautiful Tico vibe.... More

The hotel has a total of 6 rooms, 2 per floor. We travelled in a group of five and stayed in the two rooms on the first floor. Yep. the whole first floor... It was nice... :) One room had the standard two beds (plus a pull-out couch) and the other room (the suite) had a fully equipped kitchen, a... More
