I went to Blue Osa last April. After traveling down a dusty road, I was pleasantly surprised when the gates opened up to a beautiful compound. You can tell how much the owners care about their visitors experiences by how well they maintain the grounds. The food and people were amazing, they even offered specialty cocktails each day! I also...

I am an international workshop facilitator and first came to Blue Osa Retreat and Spa in September. Five stars all around. But after being around the world in vacation destinations Blue Osa has a magic that is worth talking about. The magic of love and service is in every bite of food, every perfectly made bed, every smile from the...

A sincere “gracias” to the entire Blue Osa team and especially to Rafa, Jorge, Michael, Adam and Aaron. I just recently spent three very relaxing nights at the Blue Osa and can’t say enough positive things about my experience. Every morning started off in peace, followed by a delicious breakfast. My day consisted of spending time near the pool, talking...

If you are looking for wildlife you can enjoy the amazing scarlet macaws or several species of...

What an amazing and soul-fulfilling experience! I accompanied my wife, while at Blue Osa for her one month yoga teacher training, with our 16 month old daughter. Yogi Aaron took a huge risk by having us as "guests" and not involved in the training. He made us feel welcome and part of the family from the very first minute. We...

In late November, it was a privilege for me to travel to the beautiful Osa Peninsula on Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast with 19 like-minded individuals for a week of yoga and meditation. The setting - Blue Osa Retreat and Spa Center - truly embraced Mother Nature. We were surrounded by a blue-green ocean, the tranquility of the rainforest and the...

Our group of 20, just returned from Blue Osa last week. Everyone had an amazing stay at Blue Osa and many said that they’re interested in a return visit. From the time I first contacted Aaron, the owner, about bringing a group for a yoga retreat, he responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. Upon arrival, we were greeted...

I just completed my 200 YTT at Blue Osa and I couldn't wait to write this review! Blue Osa just gets everything right. The teacher training was excellent and truly a introspective life changing experience. As others have written, it is transformative. You will develop/strengthen your spiritual practice and leave a changed person. Each day is meticulously planned by Yogi...

“All of the rooms are beautiful and clean, have plenty of light, fans, hot water, and are spacious. the beds are very comfortable as well. This is an ecco resort; they walk their talk and expect you to do the same. Conserve water and electricity. No blow dryers, as they are off the grid and make their own electricity. The water in Costa Rica comes from deep springs, so you can drink from the faucet. What a treat to be living in harmony with Nature!”
