This was a very nice hotel about a block from the Canadian (and other) Embassy which I needed to get my passport replaced. the rooms and beds were great, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our car in their secure parking lot all day while we waited to see if we needed to stay another night. We did and they got us a room. They have a heated pool, the restaurant was very good and provided drink service to the pool. There was bottled water in the room and a way to refill your water bottles.

Comfortable enough room. Very little hot water flow in the shower, though. Also I was on the ground floor and the windows couldn't close properly to lock them. Breakfast included - it was alright. It's waiter service- not a buffet. See menu options attached.

We stayed in KC hotel during our recent Costa Rica trip. It is a very nice hotel with super friendly and helpful stuffs. We at 10 pm on our arrival day and next day we were supposed to leave at 6 am for our next destination. Our transfer driver picked up the wrong couple and left. The lady in the front desk was super helpful she called our travel agency and figured out what has happened. She even called us a taxi to the place where in the highway our actual ride was waiting after understanding their mistake. Every single person at the front desk was nice and kind. The restaurant in the hotel is kind of Mediterranean influenced with lots of other variety available. The mixologist made awesome drink and the DJ was good. We had breakfast and dinner here for the last two days before heading back home. I really wanted to get the macaw souvenir shirt that they sell at the front desk but we had to leave in a hurry and couldn't get it.…

Nice staff, amenities and rooms are large and cozy. Breakfast is so tasty and it’s included!! They have heated pool and a great food at the restaurant. Weekend they have sushi which is very very good!

I come for 2 days business trip. And I get good recommend for this hotel. The location is the best . The room is very large and I also have a big work desk. The wifi is very fast and breakfast is wowww Thank KC

This is a wonderful place to stay in downtown San Jose. The rooms are large. Great space and the staff is very accommodating and professional. I love that they have ample parking if you're driving a rental or even your own car.

Excellent location, close proximity to food places and downtown SJO. We had a pretty late flight getting into SJO so I emailed the hotel a few days before requesting a late check in and they replied to reassure me that it wouldn't be a problem.When we got there we were greeted with a warm welcome. Receptionist was bilingual and very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and tasty! Rooms are clean and amenities were sufficient. Great little hotel for the price.

Very nice staff and the rooms and beds are very comfortable. The hotel appears to be in renovation mode but was not disturbed by workers. The menu at the restaurant is very limited but breakfast which was included was fine. You will need to make sure you eat or have snacks before settling in at night.
