The staff are so attentive and kind and friendly. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. The maid was top notch. She left our room spotless with extra towels, soap, lotion and waters ever day we were there. The service at the reception desk, restaurant, bar, valet, bellhop etc. were so professional and welcomed us with a smile no matter the time or request. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding. We got to breakfast late our first morning (we thought it ended at 11 but it was 10) and they welcomed us in, left all the food out for us to fix plates, brought us a huge plate of delicious fruit and let us sit until we were ready to leave. Sheila was an absolute delight and welcomed us every morning with a big smile and a kind word. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the San Jose area. Oh…the view on the mountain side is spectacular!…

The hotel is kept in top condition. The room is spacious and great bathroom amenities. Gym and lap swimming pool were a treat. But the morning breakfast served by Julio really made us all feel special!

Interesting place, very clean and the food OMG.. People are so kind specially Sheila Ampie who attended us in a very special way. Another important fact is the view. The sky view from San Jose downtown is beautiful during the morning and magic during the night. I definitely recommend this place 🥰🥰🥰

This new hotel is beautiful. The view into the National Stadium is special. Every meal was excellent and the servers were extremely courteous. The rooms are always spotless and feel so clean. This hotel is the best in Costa Rica in my opinion.

This place is amazing. It’s a brand new hotel so everything is clean and well designed, extremely high ceilings in most rooms and modern, sleek design all throughout the hotel. Perks that I loved: -extremely kind service/workers. That luxury hotel experience that seems to be deteriorating most elsewhere -the VIEWS! this hotel is a high rise and sits right in front of the National Futbol Stadium of Costa Rica, and observing that was really cool. You can see the mountains from your room and the Sky lobby and it’s simply gorgeous. -The sky lobby bar and restaurant was great. It’s on the 18th floor so again, amazing views and the dinner and drinks were very good as well.

I ve been in hilton san jose with a trade delegation from turkey between 12-15 apr 23 and i really want to thank you all the team who helped and supported me since the reservation . they were so fast about replying the mail and it helped me to finalize the everythin g regarding the group reservation, meeting rooms and all the arrangements regarding to the setups and rests. this is a nice experience for me and all the group. the property is new, rooms are clean and modern styled, breakfast were good enough for turkis people :) all coffee breaks, lunch and dinner amazing. and i want to send a special thanks to vanessa, jailene and johanna (nice ladies from event and sales departmens) , daniel who was the chef of amazing foods, alejandro the barmaid and all the team from reception till doormen. thanks all your kind attention and friendly approach. hope to work with you soon…
