The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice. Liz arranged for Omar to pick us up at the airport and he was very helpful in arranging activities while we were in Costa Rica.I would definitely recommend this hotel. We traveled with some friends and enjoyed our visit.

The reception staff is friendly, helpful, and does the best with what they are given. The rooms are unacceptably dark and some are tiny. The restaurant is mismanaged. The included breakfast is honored in the restaurant, separately owned, as only one choice on the menu, a mixed plate. Even cheaper breakfasts cannot be had without paying full price. Towels are...

We arrived very late and were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who took our bags up to our room. The room was clean, but really needs some new pillows. We had delicious complimentary coffee in the morning and a wonderful breakfast. The hotel is really funky and eclectic. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good hotel for gay traveller's in a quiet part of town. Will need to take taxis to the local night life but I think better than staying in the centre. My room was large and clean furniture was old fashioned in the style of the hotel it has TV but limited English channels. Free Wi-Fi in the hotel. My room...

With bemusement we booked this, then noticed online that it was an " adult only, gay friendly hotel, clothing optional at the pool. The reality was a 16 room fab hotel, great value for money, and perfect place for solo travellers to stay. A $25 ride from Airport, which hotel staff arranged.ALL Staff were all exceptional. Would definately stay here again. Only...

What made this hotel worth staying at was the people that worked there, especially Liz. Liz is a gem and will do anything possible to make your stay comfortable or give you advice about the area. The rooms are basic but for the price you pay well worth it. The beds are comfortable and, with no a/c in the room,...

The staff of this hotel are perhaps the most friendly and helpful of any place that I have ever stayed. Liz who mans the front desk started my day off with a smile everyday and helped us with our tours and was a wealth of information about the city and the surrounding area. The bartenders Marvin and Jose made us...

This a very nice place for solo travelers, couples or Friends, the restaurant is very good but slow service , got a room around the pool and it was very noisy specially in the morning , was waken up at 5:00am by the staff talking and some other guests, other than that I would say it's a cool place

We arrived with a comforting, happy welcome. The setting is so inviting and cozy. The beauty of the plants and flowers plus the quiet soft music and the friendliest staff ever. We sat at the bar and met some great locals. Jose took fabulous care of us. Our room was so comfortable and breezy. We slept great and had a...
