I can totally recommend this one. The interior design is unique but cozy, the rooms are spacious and clean, but the best thing about it is the very friendly staff! Very helpful and trustworthy. I wouldnt have thought it from the outside, but this hotel gives you everything you need for a very good price!

The hotel was certainly unique. There is beautiful art on every wall. Customer service was great. Amazing value and great customer service it was also super clean. The only complaint are the beds are very hard. But it seems that a lot of people like it that way.

We got stuck staying one night here because they had a no cancellation policy. It was fine, and in a residential neighborhood so quiet. It was pricey, considering we got a suite for nine dollars more the next night. The art is interesting, and if you're a couple probably enough room. There were four of us, so it was a...

The hotel is really nice with good conditions. You can get lost in there since it's huge. It deserves a better breakfast (food and space) since it's served in a really small room. There free parking near with security!

Taxi from Airport to Hotel can be negotiated for $20 US. A bit of a hiccup on arrival at the hotel. A/C didn't work in 1st room, next room had no water, 3rd room OK, but window faced a wall. All sorted out the following day, room with window, A/C and water. When making reservation, indicate you want a room...

Apart from the friendly staff, the more than adequate-sized,clean rooms and the bonus of a free breakfast, was some amazing local art located throughout the hotel and in guest rooms. Most were paintings but there were also wood sculptures-did not have time to scout around from other art mediums. Did not relish dog barking in the early a.m. but quickly...

We stayed here for the weekend because of a birthday. The hotel was nice but at the reception they are very desinterested. When we arrived they said at first that there was no reservation for us, and maybe we should go to another hotel. And we talked to the restaurant manager, Manuel, about breakfast, but he never followed up about...

We started our stay in one of the balcony rooms facing the street. It was very noisy; dogs barking, car alarms, construction. My husband asked for us to be moved which they did to a quieter room. We were in 25, 27 and 29 were also inner rooms and very quiet. Jesse at the desk was so helpful with taxis,...

The people were so friendly! We never wanted for anything they couldn't provide or point us in the right direction for. The room was beautifully decorated and we felt like we were really in Costa Rica, not an American suburb. I would definitely stay again here in the future!
