A free shuttle from the airport, and a great location to continue your Costa Rica trip! Staff is helpful and breakfast was good. Great place to rest after a long travel day. Beware of expensive restaurants near by!

I liked my stay in that inn. It is far more then an inn. It is a modern hotel. Everything looks new. Free Wi-Fi is great. There are 2 things to think about. The restaurant is tiny and you have to wait for your turn in the buffett. In the first floor the even numbered rooms are facing the street,...

The hotel is downtown and within walking distance of two casinos. Very nice clean rooms. No frills but really clean. Walk next door to casino to eat. Really good food. Casino is small but even has poker.

Third stay at property in December and January and all were the same experience. High security, comfortable rooms, fast and hot room service for reasonable prices and service charge added. Free shuttle to airport and courteous staff. Hottest showers in San Jose! All three times the breakfast is depressing and cannot be eaten. Scrabbled eggs sitting in hot water and...

We stayed here for 1 night during a layover. Nice hotel. Had everything you needed! The room was big, and clean. They also had 24hr room service and a 24hour restaurant/casino attached to the hotel, which was nice. The staff were very friendly as well.

(Note that this is a 3 or 4 star hotel. The rating is based on this fact. If you want a 5 star hotel, stay at a 5 star hotel instead of here.) We stayed here two nights at the beginning and end of a trip to Costa Rica. This is a great all around hotel. The location in downtown...

Rule #1 (someone should have told me), do not exchange dollars at the airport, do it in hotel or bank! - got $471 for $1, should have gotten $571. Good hotel if you want to be in the heart of the city, although you can find better sections in San Jose, good price/ performance indeed!

My wife and I just spent 8 days at this hotel. We booked our trip with tours thru a travel agent. After looking extensively at the different hotel options, we choose this one. The main selling point was it's location and that did not dissapoint. We live in Miami Beach and this hotel is 2 blocks from San Jose's version...

There aren't too many hotels that are up to international standards in downtown San Jose. Like many other reviewers have commented, this is very similar to a Sleep Inn In the United States. There are no bellmen to help you bring your luggage to your room (you bring it yourself on a trolley). There is a free breakfast (with some...

Very nice, clean and quite hotel. Next to downtown San Jose, walking distance from shop and restaurants. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Costa Rica. They also have good rate for exchange money.
