Nice spaces. Decent location. Friendly cats and dogs on premise. Class 69 is actually two spaces across the street from each other. They are restored 1920s vintage houses. The main house has reception, dining and rooms. The house across the street had rooms only. Internet does not extend beyond the main house, which is inconvenient. Staff at times seems hurried-it...

We spent the night here before our flight home. Very pleasant room in back courtyard. Nice lounge area where we had coffee on arrival. Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel driver took us to airport. Peruvian restaurant just around the corner and an Irish bar should you need a beer!

Lovely hotel, beautiful location. Absolutely love the doggies!! Breakfast is great, very filling and has plenty to offer. Staff are super friendly and the airport transfer was great, our driver was so friendly. If your a light sleeper the train passing may wake you, but it really has barely bothered us. Great start to our trip! X

Ok for 1 night stay. It's a good location but noisy. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful but the owner seemed uninterested, maybe she was having a bad day. Transportation is a rip off, we rang the day before and asked if transportation was included (as advertised on hotels.com), they said "yes, it's included there will be someone...

Good location for walking to attractions, food, pubs and services. 2nd floor double bed room (across the street from main building) was more like an apartment than a hotel room very spacious, with a nice covered outdoor porch/balcony. Nice bathroom but NO hot water when we attempted to shower (would have given it 4 stars if it did) and it's...

Thank you for your review. I wish we had some of the information a bit sooner. All our rooms have have hot water. In your case one of the elements had gone on the hot water tank and we were not aware of it. When we read your review and verified the information, we got someone in and had it...

This adorable hotel is located in a perfect spot to be able to walk to great restaurants, great nightlife plus gorgeous parks, museums etc. Great breakfast. Just a warning, there were several very sweet dogs staying on the property in the common areas and we would have appreciated a warning about that because my fiancé is very allergic to dogs....

This place was adorable. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and it was in the heart of San Jose. Just minutes walk to any bars and restaurants. They had a small one car garage for $10 a night I believe it was. I recommend using the garage if you plan on staying for a few days and...
