I have noticed several low ratings for this property so thought I would leave a review to let people know our experience of a truly wonderful stay. Certainly you shouldn't expect 5 star accommodation - you aren't paying anywhere near 5 star prices! (Seriously - some of the flash accommodation is 5 times more expensive.) But the value for money...

Location is great and it is inexpensive. Dirty, fan did not work, rooms are very small and beach bar looks like shanty town. Met at airport and on arrival it was explained that we should not drink the tap water but there was no drinkable water supplied. Persuaded reluctant staff to take us to shop just before it closed where...

Our basic beach cabin among the palm trees on a fantastic beach, watching great sunsets from our balcony would cost 2 or 3 times more elsewhere on the island so erratic shower and lack of nearby filtered water were all part of our first 'island experience' - we loved it. Friendly helpful staff, free transfers from airport in an interesting...

Positive - it is right on the beach. Staff that picked us up unfriendly. Breakfast cereal old, stale. Rooms basic & dirty. I had bought my own pillow - my friends slept on towels. My friends advised reception that their shower tray was blocked, nothing done & worms were coming up from the drain. Towels, kitchen items dirty. Last day,...

This lodge is really just a step above camping. NO air conditioning. No constant hot water for shower. NO TV, Kitchenette had dirty dishes and very tiny and ill equiped to cook in. NO place to store your valuables as safes are very small and can be carried out of room. No management on site and lack of staff to...

The pictures are deceptive, the booking.com review of 8.5 is totally wrong and incorrect, this is a place where food is uncertain as during my stay - the cook had undergone surgery hence the restaurant was closed, the rooms are not well maintained, heaps of mosquitoes around, non-aircon room but lucky if your fan is working - friendly people but...

4 of us stayed at Paradise Cove - basic bungalows on the beach / nothing fancy - there was a nice breakfast of fruits, toast, cereal, juice, tea & coffee which was very nice on the beach. Some nights they have an evening meal prepared on the beach - very good food and large portions. There are several choices. If...

Always stay here when we visit Aitutaki, once or twice a year! Get one of the front cottages, 10 metres from the water, some of the best sunsets you will ever see!! Breakfast filling, don't miss the coconut pancakes when freshly cooked! Staff great! Paradise!!!!!

We stayed at Paradise Cove for 10 nights, for our honeymoon. We didn't want to have to spend thousands on accommodation when we'd be out and about for most of the day and not using the facilities anyway. Paradise Cove was great. The booking procedure was simple and communication with the office easy, we were met and the airport and...

Thank you for your comments and very glad you enjoyed staying with us and on Aitutaki Islabd. Our apologies for the noisy music which we have now sorted by having the staff listen to their music thru an earphone. They are actually very receptive and understanding if they were told of the issue or any issues our team will try...
