Even in the rain the views were awesome, the staff was very helpful and the accommodations were warm and cozy. It was the last visit due to the end of season and everyone was just as inviting as the 1st visit of the season. We went fishing with John and he did a great job. Caught a 25 inch Dolly...

The best time fishing with our guide. Friendly focused service. Best stay on our AK trip. If ever in AK again would stay here. Next to river with nightly camp fire. Stores close with all necessities. Window had an issue. Maint showed up in minutes and corrected it. The place is well run in a part of AK that is...

Best place on the Kenai for your Alaskan adventure. Bob and the staff are so helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and you are centrally located for seeing the Kenai Peninsula. Bald eagles, lots of salmon and other wildlife right at the riverside and the river itself is just mesmerizing.

My father and I stayed at Drifter's lodge for a week at the beginning of the fishing season in June of 2015. It was the best fishing we both had ever experienced. The guides at drifters spend over 1,000 hours a year on the water. All of them, from the most seasoned to the new hires, were top notch and...

We were lucky to stay at Drifter's Lodge in June and it was the highlight of our trip to Alaska. Prior to even arriving, Alex, the manager, gave us wonderful suggestions for our stay while in Cooper Landing as well suggestions for other parts of Alaska, all of which were spot on. We ended up going on a guided hike...

Over this past weekend I was treated to an overnight stay at Drifter's. Due to luck I was assigned Cabin 4, the very closest cabin to the river and the view is absolutely spectacular! Cozy and comfortable, the cabin had beds for 7-8 people, a nice little kitchen area and space to lounge. But who wants to lounge when you...
