I changed my room(s) request no less than 5 times on Amy, who was extremely nice and understanding every time I did it. Meanwhile she was getting ready to have surgery the poor gal! I mistakenly thought this was the hotel next to Alice's. The hotel next to Alice's used to be called the Pioneer something or other. By the...

We only stayed here for one night and the accommodation was fine. Its nothing special but perfectly adequate, the room was big enough and the bed was comfy. We found Alaska to be expensive for accommodation across the board so on that aspect it was what it was. Probably notable that you really need to drive to Homer Spit as...

My cousin an I loved staying at the Pioneer Inn, Amy and Rich Fetterhoff (the owners) were the most welcoming and helpful hosts you could imagine. This is not a fancy multi-star hotel but an adorable Inn. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities (e.g. a hair-drier is available at request). Beds are comfortable, shower is powerful...

This Inn is the best. We had the suite on the upper level, fantastic views of the Bay. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Had a full kitchen if we wanted to use it. The lady that welcomed us was very nice and accommodating. Wish we would have found this Inn earlier in the week as we loved it. There were four...

Stayed a couple nights white in Homer. Great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and a kitchenette. Amy and her husband, owners, make sure you have everything you need. Very pleasant folks! Great restaurants well within walking distance.

The inn is close to the town and spit while being private and quiet. The owners are very nice and accommodating and the room was very clean. It is good for both a short term or longer term stay with the kitchenette.

The Pioneer Inn suited us perfectly and the hosts Rich and Aimee are lovely. Our room was large and had a separate bedroom and bathroom, a good kitchen to cook meals and even a view of the mountains across the bay. We had a car and Safeway is only a few blocks away and the main tourist area at the...

This is not a fancy place, but each suite has a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and living area that sleeps 3-4. The cost is very reasonable and the hostess is delightfully helpful. Looks like it was built in the 50's or 60's, but the suites were very clean and bedding was comfortable. More like an apartment than a hotel room. Dishes...

The place had great curb appeal, when we arrived we met Rich the owner. Rich is a retired airline pilot and super personable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, it is obvious that Rich and his wife take pride in the Pioneer Inn. The Pioneer Inn is the only place that my wife and I will stay when in...

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived! This is a privately owned hotel and it was perfect for our needs. While it is not "fancy", it is still VERY nice and we loved it! Everything was very clean! The owners were super nice! Our room was lovely with a kitchen and separate bedroom. We had a room on the top...
