The hotel has a great location and amazing views for the cruise ships! The room are in great shape and have nice beds. There is a restaurant in the building that has really good food. I was near the elevator which is woke me up a few times. That was the only downfall.

Spent five nights at the hotel. It's currently being converted to a Sheraton Four Points. The updates will be rustic, as you might expect for Alaska. I believe they are saying the rooms are completed, but ours (609) could use some TLC. The beds were very nice and super comfortable, but the furniture in the room was pretty beat up...

This hotel is newly remodeled. Everything is clean. Very loud if you get a room next to elevators. I love how comfortable the beds are. Close to everything in town wonderful view of water or mountains.

We booked this hotel, because it was a short walk to board our cruise ship Our room was comfortable and certainly adequate for the one night that we were staying there. The hotel seemed to be recently renovated and our room was very clean. The concierge was so helpful, putting me in contact with an eye glass shop who fixed...

This hotel has apparently been recently updated. Our rooms (we stayed on two separate occasions) were large and well appointed. We requested a room on the back side to avoid street noise and it was nice to be able to have an open window to keep the room cool. The service was good, though on one evening we ate in...

Stayed here for 8 days. Rooms clean bright and airy. We're lucky enough to have great views across the gastineau channel. Only a stones throw to the harbour and shops or up the hill to the trails. The bus stop was around the corner which gave you easy access to get to airport and Mendenhall glacier. Staff were very friendly...

It's right across the street from where Un-Cruise ships (and other small boats) depart. As others have noted, the lobby is wanting, but who cares? Our room was nice, quiet, recently redecorated in Hotel Standard-Issue Chic. We slept well. We could walk along the piers and through downtown Juneau easily. It's fun to hike up to the gulch above town,...

We were in a newly decorated room. Very nice. Staff was wonderful. We wanted on the water this trip. Walking distance to transportation and shops. It was pouring when we were going to go out for dinner, so we ate right in the hotel. Good food.

We stayed twice at the Goldbelt (the second time was unplanned as Alaska Airlines "cancelled out flight" (baloney, we got bumped). Anyway, the Goldbelt had rooms, so we returned - happily, too. The location is perfect (downtown, on the water), the rooms are large and comfy and the staff welcoming and helpful. (a special shout-out to "Shannon from Jamaica" -...

Beautiful view of the ships docked. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, Every one of the staff was helpful. Walking distance to town. Bus service next door for easy access to the airport. $2.00. Cabs pricey. Also utilized a shuttle from another hotel from airport. Friendly bartenders at restaurant within hotel. Check out free discount book offered before you leave...
