My husband, 11 month old and I stayed here in August 2012 and it was VERY good value. The pool was cold though and the walk to the beach was a bit longer then I thought and along a very dirty/dusty road. The hotel staff were LOVELY and the breakfast was delicious and the price was right. The rooms are...

I had a great stay at Echoland. The staff are so helpful. Hermes, the manager is very nice. I met new people everyday and now we become friends. The breakfast area in the morning is like a fun conference room where everyone share trip stories and suggestions. If I can make suggestion, it would be for the space between the...

Great experience, close to the beach, substantial breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. All-round great value for money. Stayed for 4 nights to surf Canggu. The hotel is very convenient (a few minutes walk) to the beach for a surf. Air conditioned and fan room I stayed in upstairs was very clean with big clean bed and made-up daily with...

Overall I would definitely recommend Echoland B&B - it's not the cheapest and it's not the most luxurious, so it strikes a nice balance, but do your research of course. When we arrived I must admit we were a little disappointed as the pictures on the website seemed a bit misleading - they're most likely the architect's proposed images, as...

Great food - particularly the breakfast. Great service. Lovely pool area. And a totally relaxing spot away from the madness that is Kuta Beach. I would definitely return and stay a little longer. Good place to catch a wave too - it is where the real surfers go. This area is not a party place so go to Kuta if...

We planned on staying at echoland for a few nights but decided to stay only for one night. The place is great for surfers but other than that there is not so much to do. The beach has black sand is a little windy. There are a few restaurants and shops at the beach. Inland (walking distance 15 min) there...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Echoland is a stylish 17-room B&B designed to provide balance between the modern demands for clean comfortable living with all the expected amenities, whilst still capturing the rich ethnic flavor of the immediate Balinese surroundings. The hotel is situated in the Canggu district, 250 meter from the surfers Echo Beach. This area is perfect for visitors in search of both the culture of Balinese life and the natural beauty of the island landscape. We are bordered by paddy fields that are overlooked by towering volcanoes and within earshot of the powerful waves of the Indian Ocean. Echo Beach maintains its traditional village character, but with its increasing popularity, a cluster of restaurants and shops can be found nestling on the sea front. These provide quality cuisine together with live music and are the ideal place to relax, watch the surfing and take in the natural atmosphere and shear beauty of this unique shore line. We look forward to welcoming you as guestFREE Airport transfer with a minimum stay of 5 nights or more ... more   less
