Our stay at Stormriders was very pleasant. Their dorm room feels larger than it actually is do to its high ceilings and lovely use of wood and other organic materials. Upon arriving we were presented with clean towels and a tour of the facilities. The manager on site, Chris, was very knowledgeable and helpful about the area. He took time... More

I stayed at Stormriders for 2 weeks and it was even better than expected! The camp is beautfiful, looks exactly like on the photos, the staff is very friendly and truly knows how to cook ;) If you want to eat somewhere else or buy groceries, there are a lot of restaurants and small shops around within minutes on the... I spent 3 weeks there and had a wonderful time with the friendly staff, good food, very clean, beautiful rooms and the best surf. Highly recommend. The lodge itself is a bit isolated which is ideal for relaxation, but you have to be ready to ride a scooter to town or par a cab (which is usually pretty cheap)

We had an awesome week there. We were absolute beginners (very first time on a board) and took 5 lessons with Chris. He's a really good teacher and we felt really lucky! The camp is wonderful as well, everything we ate there was delicious and the staff was super nice. Jasmine has a lot of interesting stories about Indonesia to... More

Stormrider surfcamp is situated in the Perrenenan part of Canggu approx. 1.5 km from the beach and a 20 min walk. The camp was ideal for what I was looking for in many ways. It was more private and personal from what I can gather than the bigger camps closer to the beach such as Kima and Bali surfcamps. Our... More

It's a pretty location, rural and surrounded by rice fields. It's also very quiet (too quiet for me, not looking for a party camp but at least some music would be nice). The Sunday cultural trip is a nice touch. Decent selection of boards... However... The place is more like a B&B with a transport to the beach rather than... More

I booked a surf camp package with Blue Trailz for a week. The surf camp was one of the nicest I have ever stayed. It was incredibly clean with a nice outdoor area to relax and a nice pool. It also has an amazing location. I found the staff (reception and cleaning) were always helpful and friendly. The surf lessons... More

Stayed in a single room last minute booking for 10 days at this camp and can not speak enough to how incredibly helpful and friendly the entire staff was. You are paying more per night than some other places in the immediate area but price does include breakfast, surf transfers twice a day as well as transfers to other cities... More
