we stayed 3 nights. The hotel is a little bit old, but the young owners renovate it bit by bit. We had a room with fan xi pan vieuw, on the 4th foor. Only on this floor you have good view from the window of your room. On the other levels you see inside. Staff was very friendly, but only...

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms are big, clean and comfy and you have an amazing view!! The breakfast is cheap and a lot to choose. Really enjoyed our stay!since it was very cold outside we liked the heating blankets and the heater a lot as well as the warm shower!!! The manager was very helpful, gave...

I had reserved by phone for a room the day before and upon arrival at 7.30am, my booking was there so no problems at check-in. It costs 18 USD a night bed and breakfast and I had a room on the third-floor which backs out onto the balcony which offered amazing views of the surrounding valley. The hotel is also...

This hotel met all our needs. Our room was on the top floor, had a beautiful view, was clean and quiet. The wifi worked well and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was typical for Asia and I think people forget they're not paying or staying in a 5 star hotel so it will never be comparable. The town lost power...

The first room we got was smelling very bad. We asked to change it, and the guy at the reception wasn't that nice. He suggested a smaller room, so we asked him for some refund (or discount), first he refused. After a bit of burging he agreed but than he said it wasn't include breakfast (which originally was included in...

The best thing about this hotel is the staff- always pleasant, helpful and kind. On our last day we had to check out at 11am and our bus was at 22pm so the nice owners let us shower and rest in a temporary room- free of charge! The breakfast is relatively good. Great location and view! The downsides- a bit...

The most terrible breakfast I’ve ever had! Food is tasteless. The staff seem to be too lazy to bring more food when plate is empty. Guess have to rush and compete with other guests to fill their plates if they want to eat. They demanded double the original price for extending a night.

We went to this hotel because it was recommended by our guidebook. The rooms look nice and they offer a nice view. Trouble started as soon as it was time to sleep; the mattress was rock-hard and there is no AC. We both slept very poorly for the two nights we were there. Price was expensive compared to similar hotels....

I have stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The hotel is located at Sapa center, very near the Sapa market. There are a lot of restaurant and coffee shop around. The room is basic but comfortable with nice view. Suit with the price
