I stayed at the hotel for couple of night. I love the view, great service. Food was amazing and the Chef - the owner was the great one. I love the egg soup he made with all love and care. Right at the location to go to Cat Cat village, definitely come back

Starting with the good point, the hotel is located near the "downtown" Sapa area and offers a great view on the valley. However, the staff offered really poor service. When we booked, we specifically mentioned that we didn't want the room located in the basement below a floor that was under renovation. When we got our room, they had assigned...

This place was slightly out of our price range, but it was well worth it! We took an over night bus and arrived very early. The head chef and manager welcomed us with open arms and quickly checked us in. Our bus leaving Sapa was also very early, before breakfast, but the staff made us a large lunch to take...

The Hotel is fine and a welcome relief after spending a night in a sleeper train to get here. I expect many of you will come the same way. The hotel has large comfortable rooms with VERY hard beds - fine by me but beware. The shower could have been better , cleaner maybe , but not a problem. Breakfast...

The restaurant is expensive but good. The rooms are a bit poor and medium clean. The female manager is polite. We where very unhappy with the guided tour we bought there. Expensive and the guide was unqualified and did not take properly care of the group. It was promised to get the money back for the guide, but we only...

To be fair, we stayed at this hotel on a very busy long weekend when it was packed to bursting. The hotel is very well located on one of the main streets of the town. Our room was large and clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the street. A strong fan made up for a lack of air-conditioning. It was...

Our stay at the Boutique Sapa Hotel was for just one night but pleasant one. Conveniently located, it offers a simple hotel room but is clean and comfortable. In the morning, our view from our room overlooking the valley was magnificent. You don't get that every day. While the weather was quite warm and the rooms do not offer a/c,...

Cue Music! Maria, I just met a hotel supervisor named Maria, and suddenly I've found how wonderful a staff can be! Lovely stay, greatly due to Maria, the hotel supervisor. She watched every tiny detail. A local Hmong tribeswoman with vey good English and quite intelligent. Can't imagine better management. Highly recommend a room on the huge valley side. Wifi...
