Not sure where to start here We had used the hotel to arrange the overnight train to Sapa from Hanoi plus return with details confirmed by email. Our stay at Boutique Sapa Hotel was fantastic. The rooms are not the attraction, but the staff is. The nicest people we met on our trip. Everybody went out of their way to make us feel special. Huyen booked airport transfers, train tickets, and tours. Everything worked perfect. I warmly recommend to make use of her services and her metriculous...

We were impressed by the quality of service from this hotel before we even left Hanoi. The owner's brother visited us at our hotel and then later accompanied us to the train station, tickets in hand, to make sure we got on the right train for the overnight ride to Sapa. We stayed for two nights and were shown the most incredible hospitality and given an incredible experience. Son and Thiane are very special people, they help out several of the minority villages, providing clothes, blankets, books, food etc. They also have plans to create a cooking school to help train villagers with new skills. We did a cooking course when...
