Not so clean, not so nice...and currently, extremely noise due to the construction works just across the road from the hotel. However, I should mention that the owners were very nice and gave us another room when we complained about the noise, and they even offered us not to pay for the room. But I must say that this is... This hotel was really good. The room (deluxe room) was very spacious and clean. The shower was very good. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We organised a day trek through them which was great. The breakfast is very yummy with a good range of options and good portion sizes. The hotel is in a good location and close... More

The room was cheap, and when we arrived we were upgraded to the VIP room at no extra cost!! It had an amazing view of the mountains and... More

I came with my wife to Sapa to go trekking and we stayed in Sapa Luxury Hotel. We came at 6 am with the sleeping bus from Hanoi and for a little fee we could get a VIP room for early check in. The service was very good. It doesn't matter if we want to book a trekking tour or... More

Came accross this hotel after checking a couple of other hotels. Value for money is excellent. The view from many rooms is stunning to say the least. We had a problem as the lock of the bathroom broke in the evening. In the late evening they called someone to fix it within an hour. New lock the next day. I... More

Valued money for family hotel. We had a good time there with good service. The location is good, its next to motorbike rental, near Cat Cat and center of city. The staff is so friendly. Nice view from balcony. Love it!

Lovely hotel , in a great location, if you can get the VIP room at the top floor, that would be the best with very nice view, very friendly staffs, we checked in at 4am with no extra charges , very comfortable bed and pillows ;)

The hotel has a great value for money. The suits are the best, avoid the few rooms without a view. I went for a mountain Marathon and was fine for me. The food they arranged for us was a bonus to the whole experience.
