We stayed in green valley for an initial 3 nights but because we couldn't get enough of the place and the lovely town of sapa we extended our stay another couple of nights. The on site bar is a great place to hang out and meet fellow travellers. I've been all round SE Asia now and this is one of...

The room was big with a good view but no air con. Advertised as with a balcony, but the door to the balcony was not in our room. Room was on the fifth floor but no elevator. In a good location near bars and restaurants but at the bottom of a big hill. Ok for us but not suitable for...

We stayed in a three person room on the 2nd floor near the back of the building. Seemed like this room hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were four beds in the room, one of which was broken. Behind the beds were piles dead cockroaches and dust bunnies. There was no A/C and the window opened out to the...

Interesting vibe hostel. Really chill staff working there. Maybe you will get not the cleanest hostel impression, but still it's a nice place to stay. Nice bar, maybe little too loud but I'm just getting old. Nice place

The staff is very helpful Its cheap hotel (10$ for 2 single beds) Pool table and cheap bar But the room had a lot of bugs, by a lot i mean way over 100 The beds are decent, come with a mosquito net that is not so helpful. Outside is a nice view of the mountain

Could not leave a more glowing report of the staff. I arrived in at 6am on an overnight sleeper and had quite a lot to plan (figuring out how to get to Laos, if I had time to do a trek and a homestay with the tribes etc). While I waited for check in at 12 the staff helped me...

I hate to write poor reviews but we are travelling and this has to be the least favourable hotel we have stayed in so far. We stayed here for 3 nights, the staff were very friendly which kept moral high, but the hotel was extremely cold, so much so I could see my own breath in my bedroom. The shower...

i stayed here for 3 nights in February and hated the hostel at first, but it grew on me. The room was VERY damp so the blankets were wet, there was water dripping from the ceiling and it smelled like mould. However this is probably because it was winter time. The highlights are the fantastic view from the balcony, very...

I booked this worried it would be a little far from town but it really wasn't far at all. The staff were friendly and helpful although a bit hard to find at times. The room was a little cold but they did have electric blankets which seemed to work pretty well. Very cheap and accommodating staff but nothing fancy.
