A wonderful journey Hanoi - Sapa - Ninh Binh We spent 2 days in hanoi before having 1 night of sleeping experience on the train, early in the morning the hotel car picked us up to rest and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is probably new, so everything is new, the service is very good, the breakfast and the staff are enthusiastic. After 2 hours of rest, we had a wonderful journey to visit the village manager, an unforgettable memory. set them all excellent from organizing tours to visit the village to excellent hotel service and massage. We will be back next year

The best hotel in Sapa I stayed2 day here with a friend and families The room was cozy, clean and nice. and very ralaxing with the bathtub Workers are all kind, too.. i took a tour by hotel organize walk to village and back to hotel in late noon time , the tour is perfect I will come back here if I visit SAPA again. I strongly recommend here.

Worth every penny! Excellent property!definitely worth the price also. this was a luxury stay for us in Sapa and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT. we even splurged for the mountain view room and so glad we did! the view was spectacular! we had pretty clear days when we were there and it was even pretty cool to watch the fog come in. room is excellent. the bed was SO comfy, I didn’t want to leave! room is exactly as picture. housekeeping excellent as well as the reception staff. Tours to village was organize by hotel. excellent location, walking distance to the main strip with restaurants. ac, fridge, hot water all worked great. amazing shower and bathroom in great condition. we extended our stay by one night!

I stayed at this beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of vietnam for 2 days. the rooms are clean, have good air con and amenities. english is widely spoken. i had a body massage 10/10 recommend + had dinner in the hotel 10/10 recommend. the staff was great! sa pa has a great scenery and good energy.

The journey back home is beautiful We had a wonderful 6 days Singapore - Hanoi - Sapa experience. The family has received a lot of enthusiastic support from the hotel. The hotel is in the center and luxurious, the furniture in the room is very new, especially the large bathtub is very suitable for relaxing after the sightseeing journey, the food here is delicious and many strange spices we like. The hotel is new and impressive with a design style to meet the needs of resort guests, the outside of the lobby looks quite small, but the deeper inside the hotel is very spacious, the room has a relaxing chair and a standing bath. very comfortable for a good night's sleep, the meals are good, the enthusiastic help from the hotel's staff helped my family have a great stay in sapa
